Joseph and his team are all such wonderful, genuine, and hardworking people. Joseph was excellent to work with from beginning to end. He gave me a couple of quotes, which were very reasonable price, and no pressure to commit. Once I was ready to move forward with the project, Joseph met with me at a nearby hardware store and showed me various materials and options available. He spent a very long time teaching me everything I needed to know and offered to go back to the store with me if I had any doubt. Joseph started the job shortly after I notified him of materials I selected. He started the job on time and I believe he really prioritized my project due to it being my only bathroom in the house (very thoughtful!). Him and his team worked all day, everyday, until the job was done. Now fast forward to today and the job is complete. it is remarkable what they did. The bathroom isn't even familar anymore. What use to be my most dreadful room of my house is now my favourite room! I would recommend Empire Management Corporation to anyone and I would have no doubt to rehire them on future projects on my home. See more See less

Highly recommend. Joseph and his team stand out for 3 main reasons: 1. Beautiful work-I love my kitchen; it is so well designed, thought out and constructed. Being an older condo, there were a few challenges with shared walls, older electric, etc. but Joseph and team always knew the best way to handle those in an efficient, effective and safe manner. 2. Added value-Joseph offered his expertise and insight on so many small details that really add up. Many of these things you cannot see when looking at the kitchen, but the peace of mind that comes from the safety features he added is priceless. He suggested these additions in very low pressured way as well. He always shared a strong “why” with his recommendation-all stemming from his years of experience. 3 Communication-Joseph kept in communication from start to finish. He provided regular “what’s next” updates. Talking to friends and family who have had work done by others, I learned just how rare it is. You can tell Joseph and his team enjoy what they do! I am writing this review on behalf of my mom who doesn’t have the best English. But let me tell you, Joseph is incredibly kind, professional, and affordable. He remodeled my parents bathroom and upstairs bathroom and created exactly what my mom envisioned. If something was off and my mom wanted to tweak something, without hesitation, he made it work for her. We couldn’t be more pleased with his work. He never pushed anything on us we didn’t want to do. He only used his knowledge to educate us on what he thought was best and left us to make the decisions for ourselves which is something most companies don’t do.
